If you create or edit an article, remember that others are free to change its content. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. I have reverted this second edit by you removing cite-supported content. It appears that you misunderstand the content which you have removed and misunderstand the content of the cited supporting source. Neither the removed content nor the cited supporting source claims that the PCA has had only 16 cases. Please read the content which I have restored, and please read the supporting source cited.
