Your GA nomination of Decoupling (cosmology)[edit]

Hi there, I'm pleased to inform you that I've begun reviewing the article Decoupling (cosmology) you nominated for GA-status according to the criteria. This process may take up to 7 days. Feel free to contact me with any questions or comments you might have during this period. Message delivered by Legobot, on behalf of Ulflund -- Ulflund (talk) 21:02, 1 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Your GA nomination of Decoupling (cosmology)[edit]

The article Decoupling (cosmology) you nominated as a good article has been placed on hold . The article is close to meeting the good article criteria, but there are some minor changes or clarifications needing to be addressed. If these are fixed within 7 days, the article will pass; otherwise it may fail. See Talk:Decoupling (cosmology) for things which need to be addressed. Message delivered by Legobot, on behalf of Ulflund -- Ulflund (talk) 04:21, 2 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi HannahFord428, will you finish the changes soon? If not I will have to fail it for the time being. Ulflund (talk) 03:40, 14 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I've had some trouble getting ahold of the lecturer I need to advise me, but I'll absolutely get it done by the end of the week! Thank you for your patience. HannahFord428 (talk) 07:23, 14 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Edits are all done! I apologise again for the delay. HannahFord428 (talk) 10:04, 19 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
You mentioned there being other decoupling events on the review page. Could you clarify this? Ulflund (talk) 17:07, 9 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Ulflund, I'd like to offer my very sincere apologies for not replying to this message promptly last month. I became very busy with university work, and didn't realise that this point was important enough for the GA review to fail. That was absolutely my mistake, and I would very much like to rectify it. Is there any way that you would consider reopening the review? Is that even possible, or do I need to nominate the article for GA status again?
(The answer to your original questions is that all particles underwent decoupling at some point in the early universe, as they were all part of the 'primordial plasma' following the Big Bang.) HannahFord428 (talk) 00:18, 24 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Your GA nomination of Decoupling (cosmology)[edit]

The article Decoupling (cosmology) you nominated as a good article has failed ; see Talk:Decoupling (cosmology) for reasons why the nomination failed. If or when these points have been taken care of, you may apply for a new nomination of the article. Hi Spinningspark, I am very sorry for my lack of reply to your original comments on this article. Unfortunately I didn't receive any notifications about that conversation you were having on the article's talk page - all I knew was that someone was reviewing it and I was waiting to hear more. If I had known, I would absolutely have said that although I am busy with university work (ergo my lack of recent activity on this site), I would very much like to keep working on this article. I understand that the review is closed, is there any way that we could work together on improving the article, if the review was reopened or I nominated it for GA status again? Help us improve wikimeets by filling in the UK Wikimeet survey![edit]

Hello! I'm running a survey to identify the best way to notify Wikimedians about upcoming UK wikimeets (informal, in-person social meetings of Wikimedians), and to see if we can improve UK wikimeets to make them accessible and attractive to more editors and readers. All questions are optional, and it will take about 10 minutes to complete. Please fill it in at:
