Empire Total War[edit]

Please note that the Dutch Republic was not a particularly powerful or influential faction in the 18th Century. While it was in the 1500s and 1600s, it was in decline from the late 17th century to the early 18th century; it was effectively ended as a influential faction by 1713. It therefore doesn't belong with the factions that maintained supremacy or gained influence throughout the 18th Century, such as Prussia, Britain or France. -- Sabre (talk) 13:15, 28 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, I can go with that. I do apologise if I seemed to be undoing all your edits, I wasn't in a particularly good mood earlier. I'm going to try to integrate the special units a bit better, they should really be wikilinked to the closest possible real-world counterpart, otherwise the general reader isn't going to know what they are. -- Sabre (talk) 17:32, 28 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
