Hi, I deleted this article because it was about a group with no indication of significance. Has this group gotten significant media coverage? Wikipedia articles only work when the topic has been covered in plenty of sources. Otherwise we have little to base an article on. Also, if this is a viable topic for the article, the article needs to be written in a more bland, neutral way. The content you had read more like marketing material than an encyclopedia article. A tag has been placed on Lambda Phi Delta, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising that only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam.

If you can indicate why the subject of this article is not blatant advertising, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}} on the top of Lambda Phi Delta and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would help make it encyclopedic, as well as adding any citations from independent reliable sources to ensure that the article will be verifiable. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. De728631 (talk) 19:24, 22 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Don't blame me, I didn't delete your article. What I wrote on the talk page was, that you shouldn't write any article on Wikipedia as an account from a personal point of view. "We do this and that" is not how an encyclopedic article looks like. Please read WP:Manual of style and as an example for a well-written article, have a look at Alpha Phi Alpha. If you've got questions, feel free to contact me. De728631 (talk) 12:04, 23 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
