I've been in contact with the copyright holder, and he's willing to release the 18 icon graphics in question under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 license. Saw that my assertion about inflections was being challenged in the section of the same name. Added what I think was needed to justify that assertion.
