You might want to consider changing the license on Image:Griffith-Park-Observatory.jpg or it will wind up speedy deleted, if you created the image yourself (as your username suggests) you might want tag it as "{{GFDL-self-no-disclaimers}} to license it under the GFDL, or {{cc-by-sa-2.5}} to license it under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license, or use {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain. • That's not to say that you can't upload the image again, just use one of the 3 tags I've listed above--VectorPotentialTalk 01:00, 7 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

While we welcome all editors to wikipedia, we have a few guidelines you should be aware of. Specifically, Wikipedia:Conflict of interest and Wikipedia:Autobiography. As those guidelines state, editors are highly discouraged from editing articles involving them, which also means you should refrain from adding yourself to lists of noteable people. However you are more then welcome to suggest changes on the talk pages of articles and to suggest you be added to lists in the same way. Just make sure you properly identify yourself. If you have concerns about your article, mention them on Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons/Noticeboard. You might also want to view the Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons policy. As it makes clear, although we discourage people from editing articles on themselves, you're free to removing inaccuracies, vandalism etc. If the edit may be controversial even if your sure it's correct, it'll be best to explain why you made the change. If you have any other queries, try the Wikipedia:Help Desk. Cheers Nil Einne 19:10, 11 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
