November 2018[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Girth Summit. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Mary Mitchell O'Connor, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source, so I removed it. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. I don't imagine that there are reliable sources using the phrasing 'pro-abortion'. Hi, I responded to your message on my page. I've looked at your other contributions, which seem to have much better sourcing, so thanks you for that; however, do you think you could slow down a bit and check your spelling and grammar before hitting 'Publish changes'? There is a useful 'Show preview' button next to it, I use a lot to check changes. I've cleared up the problems with your other contributions for now. Please do not add unreferenced or poorly referenced information, especially if controversial, to articles or any other page on Wikipedia about living persons, as you did with this edit to Mary Mitchell O'Connor. Thank you. Flooded with them hundreds 10:59, 19 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

It isn't controversial though. I am just clarifying ambiguous text.
