A tag has been placed on Naomi Elizabeth requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. ttonyb1 (talk) 04:08, 13 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Naomi Elizabeth 2[edit]

Thanks for attempting to revert this page to its original state following a blatant act of vandalism by

71.36.101.63

I suspect that the page may be subject to the same problem again in the future. Is it possible to put a temporary block on this IP address as a precaution? Hhtttt (talk) 16:56, 9 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have warned the person, but not blocked yet. Keep an eye on the article and fix it up. It looks as if you will need to improve it, and you should certainly argue your case at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Naomi Elizabeth. If more vandalism happens that article can be protected. But as it stands vandalism is not abnormally high. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 22:11, 9 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Personal Infomation[edit]

I am not sure you are aware, but the information that was removed can be viewed as article history. Given the issues you are having, you may want to review WP:OS and if it fits, make a request using WP:RFO. Good luck... ttonyb1 (talk) 17:23, 10 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Nope, no vandalism involved. That was a straight db-band (i.e., non-notable musician or band) deletion. If you want an article about any kind of performer to be taken seriously, by the way, don't create reference links to MySpace or Facebook pages, Twitter, etc. --Orange Mike | Talk 17:09, 22 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
