A tag has been placed on GALADRIEL STINEMAN requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia, because it appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion process. If you can indicate how it is different from the previously posted material, contest the deletion by clicking on the button that looks like this: which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's discussion directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. If you believe the original discussion was unjustified, please contact the administrator who deleted the page or use deletion review instead of recreating the page. Thank you. Galadriel Stineman[edit]

I don't know why you approached me, as I have never had anything to do with this article.

However, I can give you some advice. If you click on the "redlink" GALADRIEL STINEMAN you can see who deleted it and why: a deletion debate at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Galadriel Stineman decided that she did not meet Wikipedia's notability requirement - Wikipedia is selective about subjects for articles, and does not expect to have articles about every performer, see also WP:NACTOR. Clicking on Galadriel Stineman shows that articles about her have been re-created so many times that the title has been "salted" - protected against re-creation. You cannot get around that by spelling the name in all caps.

The deletion debate was two years ago, and it is possible the her career has developed to the point where she is now "notable" by Wikipedia's standards. Establishing notability is mainly a matter of providing multiple independent references to reliable sources about her - IMDb is not enough, and the reference . If you think you can do that, what you should do is:

  • Read WP:Your first article, WP:Notability and WP:Notability (people)
  • Read WP:42 and make sure you can provide references that are substantially about her - not just mentions or lists. Your reference "YS Grad stars in new film" seemed to be about somebody else who appeared in the same film and did not, so far as I could see, even mention her. Unless you can do much better than that, there is no point proceeding.
  • Make a draft article in your user space - see Help:Userspace draft for how to do that or, if you ask me, I will move your previous article into your user space for you to work on.
  • Approach user DGG (talk), the administrator who protected the title and ask him, if he agrees that your draft overcomes the reasons for deletion at the deletion debate, to unprotect the title so that your draft can be moved to the main encyclopedia
  • If he does not agree, you can appeal at WP:Deletion review
