Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia by deliberately introducing incorrect information, as you did at Battle of Chamkaur (1704). - Arjayay (talk) 15:48, 29 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

December 2018[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Battle of Sarsa; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. ~ GB fan 16:19, 29 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop attacking other editors. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. You really need to stop it with these accusations or you are not going to last very long here. No-one cares where you claim to have studied - we only care about how the encyclopaedia works. Have you tried the WP:TEAHOUSE to help you get started less painfully? I do strongly recommend it - it is very difficult here if you do not understand the culture. Best wishes DBaK (talk) 16:21, 29 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not edit my Talk page - I do not wish to hear from you at all. You have been given good advice which you would do well to heed, but I am not discussing it further. Thank you. DBaK (talk) 16:29, 29 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Battle of Chamkaur (1704). bonadea contributions talk 16:31, 29 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

You "added" two references (actually posting them at the end of the article without inserting them as refs, but that's a minor issue) to Battle of Chamkaur (1704) which you used to support your change of the outcome of the battle in the infobox. One of them was unreachable, the other one did not in fact support the information you were trying to change. Meanwhile, half a dozen scholarly sources in the article still contradict your change. You will have to discuss your proposed changes on the talk pages of the articles you want to change (you'll find the article talk page by clicking "Talk" at the top of each article), and provide scholarly sources that actually support your claims. Thank you. --bonadea contributions talk 16:59, 29 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
