Apology

Sorry. I did not mean to copy your comments. Must have copied to some of your text by mistake when I made a copy-and-paste.Ht686rg90 (talk) 15:52, 1 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Haha, oh, alright. I know you meant no harm by it. I guess I was just very confused & wanted to make sure it didn't happen again. No worries. :) hmwithτ 16:12, 1 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Colin Burgon Image

In what way was the fair use invalid? The same reason has been given on hundreds of images on Wikipedia. Mtaylor848 (talk) 20:22, 10 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I'll assume you're talking about File:Colin Burgon.jpg. The image is replaceable, since he is a living person, and one could be taken, found, or released. There's nothing that image can provide that a free one cannot. For more information, see WP:10TI. hmwithτ 22:55, 10 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. :) hmwithτ 23:35, 10 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I really don't know why you keep inserting that information into the article but you really need to check out what the website is before you re-add it. [1] you were the original one to add it to the article, unless you lifted from somewhere else, and you just re-added it to the article [2]. Please stop. Thanks TharsHammar Bits andPieces 22:15, 11 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

That's fine to remove the refs. Thanks, hmwithτ 22:27, 11 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

New medical cannabis image help request

hi there, after much time and trouble, we have finally downloaded a verifiable medical marijuana image from WAMM, who grows it legally for the government. please see [3] to see how we need help before we can add it as the lead image. thanks so much, sarah katherine sko1221 68.13.134.213 (talk) 19:51, 13 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I posted a response on the talk apge. It's a great picture of the plant growing. hmwithτ 20:03, 13 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Signature

Okay, I've fixed it. Sorry about that. One two three... 15:23, 20 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, it's no problem at all. It's hard to tell with sigs, especially when everyone's screens render them a little differently. Thank you for the quick response/change. :) Have a good day, hmwithτ 17:07, 20 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Signature Two

Ah, sorry, you're right about that. It behaves on my Chrome, but does as you say on Firefox and Opera. I do appreciate you letting me know, thank you. I've fixed the spacing issue now, I think, though I may be stuck with the size. I'm glad you like it - I avoided fancy signatures for a while and used a minimal MT, but some mistook 'MT' to be my username. I'm just 3 characters under the limit with the fix included, so a 'font-size:90%' wouldn't fit (though who knows, when I first got this effect working it required twice as many characters). It's only 1 pixel bigger than the usual bordered sigs, but let me know if I should try to reduce it, and I'll try to mess with it a bit more.  M  17:43, 21 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Yep, I do use Firefox. It looks fine to me now, spacing-wise (which was the only issue). I was just giving you a heads up. :) Thanks for changing it so quickly. hmwithτ 20:57, 21 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Email

I sent you an email via Special:Emailuser. Do you have access to your email currently with your computer situation? --bainer (talk) 16:09, 22 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have access to my email as often as I can get on a computer, but it's less likely to be checked at the moment. I have been borrowing friends' computers and going to the library a lot, which keeps me up to date on the basic things. When I get on, I check Wikipedia, Facebook, and my college email address. However, I had neglected to keep up on my other email address that I use for many things, including Wikipedia-related discussion. For this reason, I apologize for the delayed response, which I just sent. My talk page is always the best way to reach me, and I appreciate people dropping a note when they email me, so thank you for doing so. Cheers, hmwithτ 17:16, 22 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Users unable to leave User:Bzuk messages

Copyedit from my talk page: "Linked in the section above is also a note that the user could not leave you a good faith comment. WP:PROTECT notes that, if one protects his/her talk page, the user should "have an unprotected user talk subpage linked conspicuously from their main talk page to allow good faith comments from non-autoconfirmed users". That way, anyone who wants to contact you is able to do so. :) hmwithτ 17:40, 22 May 2009 (UTC)"[reply]

H, can you make that happen; another admin actually protected my user and talk pages when they were subjected to some unwanted visitors, and I do not have the means to change the protection status. FWiW Bzuk (talk) 19:17, 22 May 2009 (UTC).[reply]

Do you want me to unprotect your page? Or would you like help creating a subpage. You can create a subpage yourself by clicking User talk:Bzuk/Unautoconfirmed posts and creating the page (or creating one with your own similar title). hmwithτ 01:07, 24 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

USER: YDMN

Why did you delete my userpage? Would you like me to delete yours too?--Ydmn (talk) 20:24, 22 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

hmwith deleted your userpage because of the discussion at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:Ydmn.
You cannot delete hmwith's userpage, as you are not an administrator. EVula // talk // // 20:47, 22 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for responding while I was unavailable, EVula. Your answer covered everything that I would have. hmwithτ 16:35, 27 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Agreeable

We are quite the agreeable twosome today, apparently. Next time I decide to comment on an issue, I'm going to see if you have already been there. That way, I can create and use my new template that will simply say, "What she said." It will be nice to just echo your sentiments instead of having to sit here and come up with more of my incessant analogies. :P Law type! snype? 13:47, 24 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Another editor with common sense? No way! It's funny, because I do frequently find myself constantly agreeing with the same people on multiple, unrelated issues. It's always nice to see someone with a similar thought-process. :) hmwithτ 13:58, 24 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
So true. It always makes me look better when someone agrees with me. That's really what it's all about - looking good, not truth. Law type! snype? 23:31, 25 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Deep thoughts by Law. hmwithτ 16:35, 27 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have nominated Template:2009 swine flu outbreak table for deletion. I have notified you because you are freqent or recent contributor to the template. Barnaby dawson (talk) 16:40, 24 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you. I really appreciate the notification. I just participated in the discussion. hmwithτ 21:13, 25 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Band

Thank you...just begining to learn. APYho00 (talk) 21:45, 25 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Of course. No worries. It takes a long time to know where/how to look up all of the policies/guidelines. hmwithτ 00:39, 27 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
