Hello Hshutalle and Welcome to Wikipedia!

Welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you enjoy the encyclopedia and want to stay. As a first step, you may wish to read the Introduction.

If you have not already created a account here, note that you do not have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but creating an account is quick, free and non-intrusive, requires no personal information, and there are many benefits of having a username. Without a username, your IP address is used to identify you.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask me at my talk page — I'm happy to help. Or, you can ask your question at the New contributors' help page.

Here are some more resources to help you as you explore and contribute to the world's largest encyclopedia...

You are adding some interesting material here, but it needs some reliable outside sources. You are linking to blogs, which are not considered to be reliable. Take a look too at the Scouting project and its various subpages on manual of style and so on. --Bduke (Discussion) 23:36, 18 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please read about references. You used the "RSI Constitution" as one. Where is this? How can the reader check it. It has to be a URL or a reference to a published book or paper that a reader could find in a library. Also blogs are not reliable references. I strongly suggest that if you have references you discuss them on the talk page of the article before inserting them. Note also that references are <ref> ... </ref>. Yours were malformed. --Bduke (Discussion) 02:25, 19 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Are you reading what I am telling you here? The section on RSI is not supported by reliable sources. Please read Wikipedia:Reliable sources. Do not remove tags asking for more sources unless you provide more sources. Also please learn how to use references. You can reply here asking for my help, or you can go to my talk page. But do not ignore more experienced editors who are trying to help you. --Bduke (Discussion) 04:53, 20 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Are last edits go too far. You have removed tags that call for proper referencing and you have changed properly formatted edits to improperly formatted edits. Please stop and please learn how to reference articles. These edits have become disruptive. This is your last warning. If you continue in this way you will be blocked from editing wikipedia. Please take notice of what I am telling you and try to learn how things work here. Please respond and let us discuss this. I have just noticed your response on my talk page and will reply specifically. Until then please stop editing. It is not helpful. --Bduke (Discussion) 11:26, 21 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
