That IP comes up as a P2P proxy. 331dot (talk) 15:59, 28 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 170.80.70.224. Searching online, this IP is from my internet provider, New Group Telecomunicacoes LTDA. It is not a VPN nor a P2P proxy. My network is private, accessed only by my family, and none of them are Wikipedia editors. I have been using this provider for about 4 years now, I think, and I have never had such a problem. I have never been personally blocked, either on my "home" Wiki (PT) or here. What can I do in such situation? The previous administrator gave a short reason for declining and I am at a loss. Hugo Lima (talk) 18:53, 28 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Confirmed P2P proxy. See Template:Blocked p2p proxy for more details. Yamla (talk) 19:58, 28 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
