Thank you for your recent contributions, such as Mack B. Pearsall. Getting started creating new articles on Wikipedia can be tricky, and you might like to try creating a draft version first, which you can then ask for feedback on if necessary, with less risk of deletion. Do make sure you also read help available to you, including Your First Article and the Tutorial. You might also like to try the Article Wizard, which has an option to create a draft version. Thank you. JTP (talkcontribs) 16:45, 12 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Anachronist: Good Afternoon, friend. After some thought, it occurred me to stat with bilbiograpy to validate the subject as worhty to you. I apologize if I am not messaging you correctly, but I don't know how to create a stream on your talk page! (Damn newbie).

[1] (Can't find the link to direct link him there, may go lateral) [2] [3] [4]

This guy is hella awesome, and thus presents the challenge of an idiot trying to convey an amazing person. I am going to message his peers later to get more concise references/external locations...but wanted to put this much to you for review as notabile.

Have a great weekend!

The article Mack B. Pearsall has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Concerned about the 7 day deletion, and having respect for not coming across as creating errata, I transmitted an undelete request, then sat here for hour editing and adding template work. while I was working on it, someone deleted "Mack B. Pearsall", stating that it was not a public figure. Really? (Google) I'm a white hat, and cant fathom people playing games? Further, as I have been trying to keep traffic (do the constant notifications to you at minumim, I hadn't saved in 2 hours...all gone. I have edited on Wiki before, and would never do something like this to someone...````

"Nihiltres", You have inappropriately deleted the pagework I was compiling, due to you not taking the time to google a person? Is this were WP is headed? If you had waited for the day, not the 7 days days I am allowed, you would have seen enough. This is cheap, restore the page.````

Please use for tildes (~~~~) to sign your posts. In addition, you may ask for your page back at WP:REFUND. You page was speedily deleted in that it didn't specify why the topic was notable enough to have its own article. Next time, you may want to try draft space to avoid deletion. JTP (talkcontribs) 21:15, 12 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Nihiltres: I have not heard back on my request to undelete based on the subject not being noteworthy. I unfortunately did not use SHIFT+ Tilde, and did not sign appropriately. ITCORPS (talk) 22:56, 12 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, but I didn't see the discussion on this page until you pinged me by using {{reply}}. When I deleted the page, it was not tagged under proposed deletion, which lasts seven days, but speedy deletion, a different path, which has no delay. While I agreed with the assessment that the article met the speedy deletion criterion used, I'm willing to restore the article as a draft, if you'd like. That would give you more time to work on the article, though I can't promise that the subject ultimately meets Wikipedia's inclusion guidelines for biographies. {{Nihiltres |talk |edits}} 00:13, 13 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Nihiltres: I appreciate your reply, As I said to NotTheFakeJTP, I was completely at fault for rushing in the moment. I do still strongly disagree with it having been deleted after I responded to the fast delete asking for more time, saying that I was going to fix it immediately (And I would have started in drafts if this whole thing wasn't such a nightmare to navigate :-). I am going to restart on it in a day or so in drafts, sandbox, etc., and then publish it with better organization. So, if you choose, drop whatever was saved on the server in drafts, where I can get to it then. Thanks and take good care! ITCORPS (talk) 01:14, 13 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I checked back and it appears Anachronist has already restored the page to Draft:Mack B. Pearsall—nothing left for me to do but tell you. :) {{Nihiltres |talk |edits}} 14:45, 13 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@NotTheFakeJTP: I understood that I had 7 days, but was completing initial citation work today...as I was deleted. Can you guys help me "get" this?

I believe the PROD, which stated you had 7 days, was placed in error, as the speedy deletion tag was already in place. You can visit this link here to attempt to retrieve your page. JTP (talkcontribs) 23:07, 12 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@NotTheFakeJTP: I totally got that my "placard approach" was a HUGE rookie mistake, and my having approached that moment without rush would have made all the difference!! I do, however, think that someone should be checking the server for updates before deletes...and think that Nihiltres was way off base on delete with reason of unworthiness. Just seems kinda crazy. Thank you for the link on the undelete, I did actually start a string there without response. I am gonna lay back for a bit so as to not seem totally dense...and then will totally reconstruct in sandbox and past product up. Totally get controls, but disagree with delivery...you know? Take good care :) ITCORPS (talk) 23:30, 12 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
