You got the wrong guy.

Someone made a section that looked like this ==Malaysia==, and it was causing the sectioning to break, as that Malaysis section should have been a subsection to 'Comparable Systems'. I see it's still as I corrected it. You're welcome.

I think you're confused, but I don't say that to be mean. You do have vandalism warnings on your talk page, but the edits referred to on your talk page does nothing to section headers, badly attempts to defame a living person, and happened three years ago.
Did you forget to log in? It happens to the best of us. Do you usually edit without an account, but are now editing from another physical location? If so, the IP address used to identify you would change. I very clearly did not vandalize Wikipedia[edit]

This is User:Sugar Bear, also known as User:TheRealBoognish, blocked for violations of WP:MULTIPLE. The guy's obsessive, making hundreds of edits a month. He has used the IPs 74.42.44.222 and 74.42.44.210 which geolocate to Cave Junction, Oregon, US, and he also uses multiple IPs from North Carolina or ones that geolocate to the US in general. Some of these are listed below. He has alternated between sock accounts and IPs on the same articles. It's him for sure, despite his protestations otherwise.
