Firstly, i need to edit some repetitions and a typo or two. The instructions say to click on the 'edit' button at the top of the page...but where? I see no edit button.

Secondly, I don't understand the sentence: 'Has severe formatting issues, particularly surrounding the references, that would burden the community if the draft were accepted". i know what formatting is, but don't understand how to fix this. List publications without numbering them, possibly. Ouch. In third place, I need to add footnotes...but much of the personal information is not published, so i don't know how to do this. Hello, you rejected my article about Anthony Brennan, III and about the incident he caused. I cited a dozen mainstream media articles entirely about the incident, him and the fallout. Before he was arrested, both the Maryland Attorney General and the Mayor of DC commented, appealing to the public for information. After he was arrested, media reported that he had attempted to conceal his crime; that he was fired; and that 20 people showed up to his house to protest. Before he was arrested, two men were mistakenly identified as him, doxxed and harassed; I cited 4 articles on this aspect, that also covered the original incident.

I have reverted your revert of my edit on the English Opening because the content I deleted was simply a duplicate of the Panov-Botvinnik Attack section in the Caro–Kann Defence article that I added earlier today. Tarapchak1966, honestly, it's possible that Phillips isn't qualified for a Wikipedia article at the moment; if you want to try anyway, then you're going to need find multiple, independent, reliable sources that significantly mention him.
