Welcome[edit]

Welcome!

Hello, Iamtrhino, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, your edit to Aurangzeb does not conform to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy (NPOV). Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.

There's a page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!   Abhishek  Talk 08:48, 2 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

October 2011[edit]

Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Aurangzeb. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you.  Abhishek  Talk 08:53, 2 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy by adding commentary and your personal analysis into articles, as you did at Aurangzeb, you may be blocked from editing.  Abhishek  Talk 09:03, 2 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add or change content without verifying it by citing reliable sources, as you did to Pakistan Air Force. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Caution: Please note that BLOGs are not considered by Wikipedia as a reliable source of information for any official entities, as under the rules of Wikipedia BLOGs are classified as Self-published source, meaning that they are not verifiable and is also not permissible for citations purposes on article pages. Your addition to Hinduism has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other websites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of article content such as sentences or images. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. Calabe1992 (talk) 15:25, 7 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. You will be blocked from editing the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with this edit to Hinduism. Calabe1992 (talk) 15:29, 7 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You can't just keep adding this - it's blatantly copied>pasted. Calabe1992 (talk) 15:30, 7 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I am extremely sorry for ignoring the image warnings. Actually I am new to wikipidea. Please unblock my account(iamtrhino) and IP address this time. Next time I will be careful. I shall be thankful to you.

Decline reason:

Please explain what you will do differently, so that we can see that you underrstand the reason for the block. עוד מישהו Od Mishehu 14:13, 11 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Once again, I have re-instated the declined unblock - you may not remove these while the block is in force.
In order to be unblocked, you will need to explain what you understand to be the reason behind your block, and how it will not recur. WP:COPYRIGHT of images is an important policy - uploaded copyrighted images puts the entire project at legal risk. Please explain your understanding of your block, and how you will ensure that problems do not recur if unblocked. (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 13:41, 11 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I am not a sock puppet. Please unblock me or atleast tell me the time I will be unblocked.

Decline reason:

Both behavioural evidence and a checkuser report indicate that you have abused multiple accounts, quite apart from the fact that you evidently have edited in an attempt to impose a particular point of view. JamesBWatson (talk) 09:29, 24 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I have not been shown any evidence. My account name is 'iamtrhino'.. Account with name 'Arinjatt' is actually of my younger brother. I told him to do certain edits.. But he was new in this wikipidea. So he was not aware of the rules, thats why he would have violated rules. Blocking him is understandable, but why was my account blocked ? This has been an injustice to me. Please help me. Kindly unblock me. I request the respectable admins to give me their e-mail id , so that I can talk to them .

Decline reason:

On top of WP:SOCK (there are other accounts which you are not disclosing to us), WP:MEAT and WP:BROTHER. Elockid (Talk) 16:30, 30 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I don't know anything about other accounts. 'Arinjatt' was the profile of my brother, may be he used more profiles also. But my question is- Why I am getting punishment for what I have not done ? If my brother violated any rule, then his profile should be blocked, but why was my profile blocked ?

Decline reason:

First, Wikipedia does not do punishment - this block is protection for the project. Second, see WP:BROTHER. Third, based on your behaviour alone this block is necessary - your massive copyright violations prove it, and this block can be changed to a copyright block, if you wish. However, when more than one account make the exact same edits to the exact same articles this is clearly either WP:SOCK or WP:MEAT and your continued calls of "my brother" are hollow. I'm pretty much prepared to remove talkpage access if you keep this up. (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 10:02, 31 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Iamtrhino (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

@ BWilkins Yes , Please change my block reason to copyright violation, if u wish. At least I will then be blocked for a proper reason. However, I was earlier banned for 7 days for copyright violation (ignoring image warnings). But after that ban, I didn't violate copyright rules. Whenever I uploaded images, I started mentioning the author, source and URL, which I think is necessary for uploading images. Now its upto you that you want to unblock me or not. If u don't want to unblock me, then atleast change my block reason.

Decline reason:

This is not an actual decline as this is not an actual unblock request. The block reasoning is now for both unresponded-to copyright violations and the WP:SOCK/WP:MEAT violations. I have also locked your talkpage, as you're simply saying the same things again and again, and not listening to any advice provided, and thus are abusing the unblock process(talk→ BWilkins ←track) 12:41, 31 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Perhaps you do not clearly understand what WP:SOCK means:

  1. You are a person, entitled to only one account.
  2. Creating a second account to edit the same articles is sockpuppetry.
  3. If your account is blocked, you may not edit with either a) another account, or b) anonymously using an IP address - doing so is evading a block using sockpuppetry.
