Copyright problem: Iriss[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome and appreciate your contributions, such as Iriss, but we regretfully cannot accept copyrighted text or images from either web sites or printed works. This article appears to contain work copied from https://www.iriss.org.uk/sites/default/files/iriss-designs-for-the-future.pdf, and therefore to constitute a violation of Wikipedia's copyright policies. Thank you for taking the time to comment. I hope this is the correct way to respond - my apologies if not.

I don't understand. The article that appears on Wikitia seems to have been copied from my sandbox where I experimented with creating a page for The Planning Exchange. If there has been a copyright violation it looks like it's by the user who copied from my sandbox https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:Iandubya/sandbox2&action=submit

There are no copyright violations on the draft Planning Exchange article.

ArbCom 2023 Elections voter message[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2023 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 11 December 2023. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
