Hi Ijlane. Thank you for your work on Tahira Reid Smith. Another editor, Ldm1954, has reviewed it as part of new pages patrol and left the following comment:

Please pay more attention to demonstrating notability following the requirements in WP:NPROF. Currently the page does not prove it, particularly as her employment is unclear (adjunct faculty), it is essentially impossible to find her publications and no evidence of significant awards.
