Hi IloveU4ever! Since I'm currently attending one of the Korean Language Institutes, and there were no good information about them in Wiki. So I made three articles for Hannam University Korean Language Institute, Myongji University Korean Language Institute, Keimyung University Korean Language Institute. But they're more like stubs now. Hi there,

A lot of the welcome messages you've been leaving new users are wrong, as they include the line: "Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, like Danger on the Ohio, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines for page creation, and may soon be deleted." I'm guessing you copy pasted the message from somewhere. Since the users you're pasting the message to didn't create that page, it's potentially confusing. Please use something like {{subst:welcome}} ~~~~ in future.

Oh, I see. Well, talkpages are often empty simply because the user has archived or deleted their messages. So if the page is blank, you can't draw any conclusions from if; but if the page hasn't been created yet — if the link to it is a redlink — then you can reasonably assume they're new.
