Proposed deletion of Goycha-Zangezur

The article Goycha-Zangezur has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

The article is full of unsubstantiated/problematic content/statements - that such an entity would exist in practice or that the abstract concept would have significant enough notability for an article of it's own, indicating that the area shown on the map is under control of the entity described, that it would be recognized by Turkey with relations with Uzbekistan and Hezbollah and so on.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. @Girth Summit @Yamla Wait, I figured out that محفوظ ہمارے زبان is actually my employee, we are working for the Forum Language Initiatives, but we like to use Wikipedia for additional information on the topic. We recently moved to US from Pakistan after our visas were granted. I have started working on the topic on Azerbaijan and Goycha-Zangezur because I found it online. I can't access Muhafiz-e-Pakistan because I forgot its password so I just started using this account which I use for Wiktionary. ImprovetheArabicUnicode (talk) 22:48, 8 November 2022 (UTC)

So you have said. But you have edited articles on the same subjects, and you did not declared the connection prior to the block. Before I blocked you for sockpuppetry, you had already been partially blocked for disruptive editing. And still you expect to be allowed to come back with a new account? @Girth Summit I was following WP:NOINDICSCRIPTS, but the admin blocked me because I removed the Hindi text on Chapli Kebab. I already told you that we both work for Forum for Language Initiatives, but we edit Wikipedia in free time. Can you please restore the articles I created on this account? I worked very hard on them. You say that you haven't done any disruptive editing on this account, but you were partially blocked for disruptive editing on your previous account, and you then created new accounts. Did you take note of the sanctions that were applied to your previous account when you created this one? Did you disclose that this was a new account, or were you hoping that we wouldn't notice? This account was only used when I edited pages on Wiktionary, then when you blocked me on my main Wikipedia account, then I started using this one. The sanctions were a because I portrayed Uyghurs in a wrong way in Draft:Uyghurs in Afghanistan, but I used the sources available, I do not think Uyghurs are bad. You seem not to have understood why you were sanctioned in the first place. Regardless, what you are describing - using multiple accounts to avoid sanctions that have been enacted on previous accounts - is exactly why we have sockpuppetry policies. You should have addressed the issues that were raised with your original accounts; you are taking up our time with arguing about blocks placed on accounts that you should not have been using. When you are sanctioned, those sanctions apply to you, the person, not just to the account. What would be the point in blocking people if they coukd just create a new acoount and say 'hey, no blocks, I can do what I want'? You have been topic banned at least once, and site-blocked at least twice (not including this account, which makes three). Put simply: you may not edit here. You were initially tbanned from the Uyghur subject area. Then you created a new account (or maybe it was your colleague - I can't tell, but you edited the in the same subject areas from the same IP) without disclosing the connection, so you ended up site-blocked. Then you started editing from this account. You can't just keep editing after you're blocked, even if you think the block was unfair - your only legitimate option is to request unblock. Can I not use another account? I got blocked because some other account was trying to use my IP. Can you please unblock me? I can't access my Muhafiz-e-Pakistan account that is why I created it, you can also see my name on it. ImprovetheArabicUnicode (talk) 22:29, 8 November 2022 (UTC)

Hi - thanks for declaring your connection to those other accounts, but you can't just keep creating new accounts to edit. You are blocked from editing, first for disruptive editing, and then for using suckpuppet accounts like this one and محفوظ ہمارے زبان to evade your block. If you want to contribute to this project, you are going to have to make an unblock request, convince an administrator that you are willing to stop being disruptive and to abide by our guidelines, and wait to be unblocked.

• I was on the verge of declining your unblock request, but I have decided to give you another chance. A number of things in your editing history make some of what you say look unlikely, but there's one in particular which I would like you to explain. You switched to using this account to evade the block on another account. You would have us believe that this was done in all innocence, not realising that you weren't allowed to do that. At that time you listed on your user page other accounts you had used in the past and weren't going to use again. Can you explain why you listed a number of obscure accounts which you hadn't used for a long time, but failed to mention the one account which must have been most in your mind, namely the one you had recently been using, which was blocked, and according to your own testimony the block on it was the reason for your shifting to this account?   @JBW To be honest, I am not trying to evade any block, because I simply didn't know. If you were saying that the Muhafiz-e-Pakistan account or I think you probably meant the محفوظ ہمارے زبان accounts that I was trying to evade blocks. Ok, I'll be honest, I sometimes used the محفوظ ہمارے زبان after I stopped using the Muhafiz-e-Pakistan account, but it really wasn't mine, and it was really my friend's account. I wasn't trying to evade the block and simply, I didn't know. I felt like I was making a bad choice, but didn't really know the consequences. Further up this page, for all to see, you said "when you blocked me on my main Wikipedia account, then I started using this one". If that doesn't mean that you started using this account because the other one was blocked, so that you could avoid being prevented by the block from editing, then what on earth does it mean? Because I really didn't know and wasn't trying to evade the block. I just was using this account because I wanted to edit some stuff. I didn't really know you couldn't edit using other accounts. After leaving Pakistan to US, I started using this account after a week, but my employee started using the same IP address as my old User:Muhafiz-e-Pakistan account. I had used this account before accidently as you can see my contributions. I used this account for Wiktionary, but then I got blocked because me and my employee use the same account. :::::::::::::::::::::2. Me and my employee (محفوظ ہمارے زبان) use the same IP address and we both work for Forum for Language Initiatives. I used to work for Torwali Research Forum. :::::::::::::::::::::3. I have been sanctioned from the Uyghur area in my Muhafiz-e-Pakistan account. I will try not to be active in this area. :::::::::::::::::::::4. I will not create another account like I did with this one. I had created this as a backup account in case someone hacked or something else. :::::::::::::::::::::5.
