Help Desk request[edit]

Hi, please see this reply at the Help Desk, read the guideline about book notability and try to understand that I took an interest in your question as I am an admirer of Nusrat, Qawaali and so on. Unfortunately, this book appears to be non-notable but I have indicated what you need to do to save it, i.e. show that it is part of curricula at multiple universities in whatever country. Take a few days to see if you can find anything to save it, otherwise it'll be heading for a deletion discussion. Sorry, but try to take on board the notability guidelines before creating your next article. CaptainScreebo Parley! 13:27, 13 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article Ad-Dunya (This World) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Subject appears to be non-notable.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
