Choice of Major[edit]

hey, don't go electrical stay mechanical - you can do Finite elements, or Computational Fluid Dynamics; check out plasma pong [1] Pohick2 (talk) 02:21, 29 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah I have thought about that but some a professor at my school told me that it is usually easier to go electrical and then follow up with mechanical as oppose to vice versa. Of course he could be biased, he is an electrical engineer after all. J Grant Fox (talk) 02:28, 30 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
lol, there are some hardy few who do double major. do you like heat transfer, or circuits better. Pohick2 (talk) 00:52, 2 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Well I have yet take thermodynamics and heat transfer because my school did not think four students justified having a the summer session course, although I am interested in learning about it. As with circuits, I am learning them right now and find them interesting as I always wondered about the science behind it. --J Grant Fox (talk) 07:28, 10 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
