Let me start by making one thing very clear. My revert of your contributions to the article Armenian Genocide had nothing whatsoever to do with "making a point". Feel free to disagree with me, feel free to argue your case, but please don't make such insinuations. I stand by my revert, but if you disagree, you can always use the article's talk page to ask for the opinion of other editors.

With regards to your new section: the information is referenced and neutral, so it meets our policies and guidelines. The ICTJ is probably notable and relevant enough, although I'm not sure the TARC is. But speaking as an editor, I would recommend adding the information to an existing section of the article, since this ruling probably isn't notable enough for a stand-alone section.
