Request reason:

Hi, I’m just trying to post recent information about a controversy on the networks, no formal or judicial accusation has been made, it’s just a topic maliciously spread on social media and the context is important, Because if you let yourself write that Tenoch Huerta is a sex offender when it’s not checked? I just want people to have access to articles that can contextualize the facts Jahn19 (talk) 18:39, 2 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The article does not say that he is a sex offender. It states correctly, with sources, that an accusation was made, that he denies it, but left a project due to it. There may be ways to make the lack of an arrest or conviction clearer, but tone you used was wrong and the sources you used were questionable in terms of reliability, at best.

Discospinster, I think I know, but could you please elaborate on the specific reason for the block just in case I have it wrong? It seems more like disruption than being NOTHERE. 331dot (talk) 13:53, 3 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I couldn't decide what specifically it was so I used NOTHERE. ... discospinster talk 15:46, 3 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Setting a tone in writing is subjective, but I accept changing the adjectives. I would like to know why the sources would not be reliable if there are recent digital media reports (the notes currently date back to June 2023 and do not consider subsequent events), along with detailed notes from the country where the controversy occurred. There is also an independent research page that provides a chronological record of the case up to today, including video testimonies from individuals mentioned in the “accusation”
I don’t have much experience publishing, but I can search for tools that help me explain the point and provide that context more concisely. Especially because it’s a local matter, and Mexican laws do not include penalties for defamation, which makes it harder to understand what’s happening. I also appeal to the presumption of innocence and the non-vulnerability of Tenoch Huerta, because the way the title is expressed can be interpreted as if there were a legal accusation, which is not the case. I appreciate your guidance and understanding on this delicate issue. Thank you. Jahn19 (talk) 19:26, 4 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I am concerned that this text is cited by social media users as ‘evidence of guilt,’ and it seems there is an interest in not showing that there is no legal accusation and that the ‘evidence’ of their alleged abuse comes from anonymous sources :-( Jahn19 (talk) 19:34, 4 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
