There are multiple problems with your contributions:
- They are unreferenced; Wikipedia articles need to be verifiable by means of reliable third-party sources.
- The images File:Like film poster.jpg and File:Jaishankar.jpg appear to be unfree movie posters. If you (or perhaps your agency, etc.) own their copyright, please see donating copyrighted material, and send a message to the Wikipedia mailing list to confirm that they are under the licenses you have indicated. I assume that you are aware that the licenses expressly permit third-party commercial use, and creation of derivative works; a more restrictive license would not be acceptable on Wikimedia Commons. A low-resolution movie poster might be acceptable in an article about that movie even without a free license (if uploaded on Wikipedia rather than the Commons); see the fair use policies and guidelines. It probably wouldn't be acceptable on an article about yourself, since it is replaceable - anybody could make a photo of a living person, publish it under a free license, and use it in the article instead.
- While not prohibited outright, creation of articles about yourself, your movies, etc. is generally discouraged. See the conflict of interest guideline for why this may be problematic.
I have blocked your other account User:Like(film), and moved the page he created into your user space as a draft: User:Jaishankar Chigurula/Like (film). The account seems to be solely used for promotional purposes, or to use Wikipedia as a hosting service (see "What Wikipedia is not"); in addition, the user name implies that it's a role account.
