I am Jason Thomas who wrote the book "Too Rich, The Family Secrets of Doris Duke" by Pony Duke (her godson) and Jason Thomas. A vandal has been hacking my credits. He wants me to provide credits. I did including stories from The New York Daily News, The New York Times, TV Guide, Marie Clare and now Turner Classic Movies [1] (who have just bought the rights to the television mini-series. There are many more. The hacker (and Mr. Duke and I know who they are) sometimes uses IMDb as a source but he removed my credit from there after it had appeared for more than a decade undisturbed. He also seems to be able to remove my comments. This has become a legal matter as Mr. Duke and myself have contacted lawyers. Von Zerneck/Sertner Productions (the producers) have also looked into the matter. We intend to file "intellectual property" charges against the vandal hackers. Incidentally, Von Zerneck/Sertner Productions is sending me a fresh copy of "Too Rich, The Secret Life of Doris Duke" which members of the Halifax County Friends of the Library have ask to see. Mr. Duke and I have a 3.5 second credit in the opening credits of each episode that reads "Based on the Book Too Rich by Pony Duke and Jason Thomas." the lawyers are amazed that this has been tolerated at all by Wikipedia because it is basic law that the mini-series could not have been named "Too Rich" if they had not purchased the rights to the book, "Too Rich." Since the hacker and his male friend are a part of the Halifax County community, they will be exposed at the showing. Jason Thomas (talk) 23:10, 1 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
