Hi Jazmin! I can see from the note on the metafiction article page that citation verification is needed, so I assume that's a priority task for you. From reading over the article, I got the impression that the history section was more a chronological list of examples, so maybe you could also add some additional scholarly info there. Proposed edits for 'metafiction' article[edit]

For my assigned article, I notice that there are some citations needed in places, which I plan to add. Under the 'devices' section, the 'modes' by which some texts achieve 'meta-' are not named, which I can add. There's no reference to Patricia Waugh, who is a major scholar/contributor for the topic, so I plan to add her terms. Lastly, there is plenty of discrepancy on the talk page with many editors disputing the definition of metafiction (which is incredibly nuanced and not just one thing).
