This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Sara Evans - The Early Years, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://cdbaby.com/cd/saraevans. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 19:58, 9 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sara Evans - The Early Years[edit]

Per WP:ALBUM, the naming convention for albums with common names — such as The Early Years — is "The Early Years (artist)". Please see The Early Years for examples of more than a dozen other such albums.

That's why I moved Sara Evans - The Early Years to The Early Years (Sara Evans album). — Malik Shabazz (talk · contribs) 20:10, 15 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

First, no I didn't remove a link for Early Years from the collection of album names at the bottom of the page. I have never edited the Sara Evans album template. If you're looking at the list of albums at the bottom of the Early Years page and wondering why there's no link there, that's because there's no link to the page that you're currently on, of course. Linking to the current page would be pointless. Second, I went through all of the Sara Evans albums and did not find even one that had a link in the article to purchase the album, which is in keeping with Wikipedia's policy of no commercial links allowed. Third, the link to Sara Evans' corporate page (saraevans.com) is standard for Wikipedia. If she has a link there to sell her albums, that's normal and expected. If your album is for sale there, I don't see what the problem is. Fourth, saying that I'm involved in economic interference seems worryingly close to legal threats, which are strongly frowned on. Thank you. Brilliant Pebble (talk) 06:57, 17 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on The Early Years (Sara Evans album), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you.
