Find everything in the Directory.
If you want to play around with your new Wiki skills, the Sandbox is for you.
If you're bored and want to find something to do, try the Random article button in the sidebar, or check out the Open Task message in the Community Portal.
If you have edits from before creating an account, see the page on changing attribution for edits.
You can also upload images. Make sure you use the correct copyright tags when you do.
Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date.

Yeast[edit]

Thanks for your reply; unfortunately I'd already done the experiment when it arrived, as I have to meet the GCSEs coursework deadline. I'm putting your answer in the 'evaluation' section of my investigation, where I can suggest possible ways to improve it. Just one other thing - do you happen to know the chemical equation involved? It's something like C₁₂H₂₂O₁₁ → ? + CO₂ + energy released. Don't worry if you don't know - I'm not sure the equation is required, but it might get me another point. First ever Oxford Wiki Meetup[edit]

You are invited to the first ever Oxford Wiki Meetup which will take place at The Four Candles, 51 George Street, Oxford, OX1 2BE on Sunday 4 November 2012 from 1.00 pm.

I hope as many people as possible will be able to attend so that we can make this a regular event. If you have never been to one, this is an opportunity to meet other Wikipedians in an informal atmosphere for Wiki and non-Wiki related chat and for beer or food if you like. Experienced and new contributors are all welcome. This event is definitely not restricted just to discussion of Oxford related topics.
