Development[edit]

Hallo. I stumbled across your comment on the talk page of Development so I thought I would ask your opinion. This particular page is dire. I was looking at in the attempt to sort out the page Development geography which is also quite poor. It seems to me that the first section of the Development page is actually unnecessary as it is refering to Development geography anyway. I don't have the citation - that material was already in the talk section, having been removed from the article due to style issues, and the fact that it was uncited. I also had concerns that quoting Sierra magazine directly and extensively might run into copyright issues, although now that I know a bit more about fair-use it might not be as much of an issue as I feared. Thank you for that and for your excellent edits to the article. I have been working on the article in fits and starts for some time, and am hoping to develop it into a WP:GA or a WP:FA directly. That requires expanding the article in some places, and resolving all the "citations needed" tags, at least one of which can be resolved by citing the Sierra article. I would love to have it up to FA standards. I work with PCBs, and work for someone who has spent much of the last 35 years working on them. It's in my interest to have a good article, and in some way I feel it's a duty to my employers (Federal taxpayers) to let them know what I work on (that they pay for). I'm incredibly busy at the moment, but I think sometime in the next month things should loosen up enough for me to do some serious work on it.
