Regarding Draft:A Leap in The Sky

Hello, I am not a Paid advocate. I was trying to create a page on a book I had recently read, Draft:A Leap in The Sky as I had seen Wikipedia pages on many other books. - @Jeff G.:Thank you Jeff, but honestly I do not see where is the conflict of interest. Nowhere in the WP:COI. I do not know the guy; I am a member of a external fan club with no relationship of the club other than that we sit together to watch matches on weekends, and I elaborate for free neutral documentation based on sources that I research; and, as I said, I am not getting paid by any means. But if you can tell me what kind of COI you see it would be good so I understand what is wrong and whether I can fix it to continue editing, or not.
