I'm pretty certain you work for Banner Health. Please read Wikipedia's policy on conflict of interest and avoid making the article sound like an advert for your company. I have had to revert all your recent changes - sorry. If you wish to add information, please do so in a neutral fashion as befits an encyclopaedia entry. --Elen on the Roads:talk to me 00:18, 28 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you, I do understand your feedback. I did need to ask if you can help or direct me to the proper person/function to help me get 2 different pages that are referring/defining Banner Health? The 2 pages diff by a cap "H" and a lowercase "h" - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Banner_Health and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Banner_health

I am also trying to understand how we, Banner, can update factual inaccuracies in these pages? Any insights or advice would be helpful for me.

The two pages - Banner health is a redirect. Try it. You click it and you go to Banner Health. There's no problem in having this type of redirect. Correcting factual inaccuracies - read the policy on verifiability and our guidelines on reliable sources. If you have sources, you can correct any inaccuarate information without issues. While secondary sources (eg newspapers) are preferable, you can source company information to the company website. The problem was that you had changed the article to read like the company website, and it needs to read like an encyclopaedia article.Elen on the Roads:talk to me 21:29, 28 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Again, thank you for the help and insights. Newer to Wikipedia and its policies and practices. I now see that one is indeed a redirect and that is great. You have been very helpful.Jeffbrownaz (talk) 04:12, 29 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
