ANI

If there's a clear WP:3RR instance WP:AN3 would likely be a faster route to a first sanction. But they were publicly warned about personalizing discussions so should hopefully now know better. I think most see it as only a heated content dispute at the moment, with the large posts not helping, I should probably have kept mine shorter too... —PaleoNeonate – 20:13, 17 January 2021 (UTC)

Thanks. I'm not yet entirely convinced that his behaviour is going to improve. Since his contribution at the ANI, he again reverted edits to an entire article with a misleading edit summary. It also does not seem that he is prepared to discuss disputed changes at article Talk pages. There is also the matter of him first claiming that he has discussed my behaviour with other editors ("I have mentioned this to several other editors and they have indicated to me this behavior as quite strange. We suspect that you seem to be targeting my edits specifically. Due to this, I am feeling slightly harrassed via you hounding. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Harassment I kindly ask you to stop or else I will be forced to report it.")[1] but then saying this was actually discussion off-Wiki ("With respect to me talking to other editors about your behavior; Did you know that there are actually other websites besides Wikipedia? I know, it's really surprising. It's called the World Wide Web. Check it out, you can read all about it on Wikipedia."),[2] which sounds like either a lie to invent support for his position or an attempt at stealth canvassing.--Jeffro77 (talk) 20:30, 17 January 2021 (UTC)
The ANI got archived due to admin inattention. AC seems to have gone quiet so I will leave it at that for now. But if he becomes problematic, I will bring the ANI back from archive and add any necessary information then.--Jeffro77 (talk) 07:44, 20 January 2021 (UTC)

Just in case

I'm not sure if you know of this film. At some point it features an apparent publication that appears to be a collection of people who died for their faith. It is introduced to, then consulted by, an anemic sister who refuses blood treatment. I didn't personally know of such, so searched a bit but I didn't find what it was. I then wondered if it'd be one of the mostly secret publications. It could also have referred to a custom compilation of Watchtower stories made by some locals, or to a false publication (invented by the producer)... I thought I'd ask here in case you knew what it was. Thanks, —PaleoNeonate – 08:35, 27 January 2021 (UTC)

I have heard of the film, but haven't seen it. However, I suspect that the scenario (which may be fictionalised for the film) is alluding to the 22 May 1994 issue of Awake!.[3] It carried a series of articles around the theme "Youths Who Put God First". The cover of the issue has photos of JW youths who died for their 'stand' in refusing blood transfusions.--Jeffro77 (talk) 12:18, 27 January 2021 (UTC)
I checked and it's indeed that Awake! issue, many thanks. As for the movie, I recommend it, I personally found its portrayal of JW life realistic and the characters very human and played by good actors (and no demonization). Some scenes were also hilarious to me (as I can refer to my own memory in similar awkward experiences), but it's still drama with some scenes emotionally heavy. For technical reasons they also had to focus a lot of material in only a few characters, this was a little apparent to me (i.e. it results in a lot of drama happening to a single family). Thanks again, —PaleoNeonate – 18:34, 27 January 2021 (UTC)

Hello. Help expand the article. Thanks you. Gokjdnf (talk) 07:53, 1 December 2021 (UTC)

Misuse of talk pages

You are a hypocrite, as you're telling me not to misuse talk pages but doing it yourself on a public one. If my parents decide to tell me something I've made an error in, they do it in private or my own talk page. The e-mail from Wikipedia has come saying that if this happens one more time, they will block and remove you from you from your position. Your lucky to not live in England as racism (bullying someone about their skin colour or religion etc.) you get sent to prison or an £1000 fine. I will report you on the administrator page for 'racism' and 'misuse of talk pages'. Renamed user hjufthdg (talk) 08:31, 30 December 2021 (UTC)
