Hi Jesaleigh75.... I think the lesson here is to be sure about something before you add it to Wikipedia. Obviously, announcing someone's death is taken very seriously so in that case you really want to be sure that you can cite a reliable source that you can include in the article.

It's not difficult and it could be just a simple mistake. Just be VERY careful when you change information contained in biographical articles. Make sure you have reliable 3rd party sources that you can cite.
