Hi, I would like some help on suggesting a technical change to reduce the number of inappropriate blocks.
As a result of using a public tunnel broker for IPv6, my attempt to edit was blocked, though I quickly found a workaround. I posted this request through the appeal ticket system, but it was brusquely denied:

I am not actually requesting to be unblocked, as I have various workarounds. I believe that I am being blocked for a technical reason that affects many users, and that an appropriate fix would save both the users and administrators a lot of hassle. My ISP here in Bangkok, True, does not provide IPv6 connectivity, but I need that for various activities. I use https://tunnelbroker.net/ as primary and Cloudflare WARP as backup. Unfortunately, both of those IPv6 ranges are blocked, for obvious reasons. I tried prioritizing IPv4 but that didn't help; I have not tried to determine why. I propose that if a properly logged in user who is not otherwise restricted also has an IPv4 address that would not be blocked, they should be permitted to edit. If this suggestion is unsuitable because it's insecure or has a technical problem, please let me know the details and I can perhaps suggest an alternative. Thanks, Stewart

This suggestion is not technically possible to implement. If you are connecting to us via an IPv6 address, we can't tell if you also could have connected via an IPv4 address.

This is of course not true -- dozens of sites display both your IPv4 and IPv6 addresses.
Popular ones include https://www.whatismyip.com/ , https://test-ipv6.com/ , and https://ipv6-test.com/ .
I believe I know how to do this simply and securely. Whom should I contact?
Thanks,
