Disambiguation link notification for October 15[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Eyrean grasswren, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Simpson and Triodia. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Ptilotula[edit]

Mathews 1912 is correct. If you click on the link I provided it will take you to the page - p. 414 at the top. Here it is again.

  • Mathews G.M. (1912). "A reference-list to the birds of Australia". Novitates Zoologicae. 18: 171–455 [414].</ref>

I've changed the wiki pages for the species within Ptilotula. I'm working through the other genera that were created at the same time - only creating stubs - but it is still tedious. Aa77zz (talk) 22:52, 28 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Ah ok I missed that. Thanks. Jippa99 (talk) 22:59, 28 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I was thinking about adding to the other new genera. If you want to create the pages I'll contribute since I've already done the research. I don't know how to create new pages without submitting them like a newb. Jippa99 (talk) 23:02, 28 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

On 14 January 2017, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article White-plumed honeyeater, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that the white-plumed honeyeater has become more common in urban Sydney and Newcastle? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/White-plumed honeyeater. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, White-plumed honeyeater), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.
