February 2022[edit]
Hello, I'm MrOllie. I wanted to let you know that one or more external links you added have been removed because they seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. [1] MrOllie (talk) 00:42, 2 February 2022 (UTC)
Promises (2022 film) moved to draftspace[edit]
An article you recently created, Promises (2022 film), is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Naleski[edit]
Hello! That draft looks great and well-sourced. I am no expert on musician articles and what determines notability though. Red Director (talk) 17:35, 30 October 2023 (UTC)
- @Red Director Thank you, I added a citation from AllMusic for his birthday. From what I could find, he's known more for his work in film and art. JoeK2033 (talk) 01:28, 31 October 2023 (UTC)
- I would check some feedback out at Wikipedia:WikiProject Film and Wikipedia:WikiProject Arts if you feel so inclined. Good luck! Red Director (talk) 12:55, 31 October 2023 (UTC)

Managing a conflict of interest[edit]
Hello, JoeK2033. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Draft:James Naleski, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization, clients, or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{edit COI}} template);
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest § How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam § External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Can you please disclose your relationship to any other accounts or editors that have previously edited this draft? If you wish to be a contributor to Wikipedia, the only way to do so is to fully disclose any conflict of interest and links to previous accounts, and to commit to editing within our policies and guidelines. Vanamonde (Talk) 23:58, 17 November 2023 (UTC)
- @Vanamonde93I don't have a conflict of interest as suggested. I don't know any of the other editors on the page:James Naleski JoeK2033 (talk) 01:07, 18 November 2023 (UTC)
- I'm sorry, based on your history I do not find that a plausible statement. I have blocked you from editing that particular draft, per WP:NOTPROMO. If you are interested in being a productive member of this community, please demonstrate that by working on other topics. Vanamonde (Talk) 02:23, 18 November 2023 (UTC)

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
I ask that you please reconsider blocking me from this page as I am going to be interviewing them and would like to use some of the information that I gather and post. Additionally, I would like to cite the following: https://cslarchives.ctstatelibrary.org/repositories/2/accessions/8454.
- Additionally, I wonder if I can upload photos from the Connecticut State Library and cite them? I would like to do this for several public figures in the Connecticut region. JoeK2033 (talk) 21:02, 5 January 2024 (UTC)
Links to draft articles[edit]
Please do not introduce links in actual articles to draft articles, as you did to Connecticut State University System. Since a draft is not yet ready for the main article space, it is not in shape for ordinary readers, and links from articles should not go to a draft. Such links are contrary to the Manual of Style. These links have been removed. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 21:26, 3 January 2024 (UTC)

Academy of Interactive and Visual Artists moved to draftspace[edit]
Thanks for your contributions to Academy of Interactive and Visual Artists. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability, it is promotional and reads like an advertisement and Article lacks in-depth independent reliable sources to establish notability.. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. JoeNMLC (talk) 21:30, 13 January 2024 (UTC)
