Musictalk, My previous were misdirected to you. They were addressed to Snappy Talk. Please excuse my error. I am not interested in vandalism. I simply wish to correct the error. I shall detail the reference material next post. There are two points in support of my constructive historically accurate edits and forced reverts: Firstly, " after having been passed" is appaling Hiberno English. Secondly, it is not possible to discuss the 1937 Constitution and ignore the enabling legislation which was The Statute of Westminster 1931 ( 22 & 23 Geo V C 4 Dec 11 1931). The author of the Constitution was obfuscatory. Mr.De Valera may have wanted the Irish people to believe so. Snappy Talk is not prepared to discuss anything here beyond intransigence.
