You don't seem to understand the point of a record[edit]

There is no silly record. Setting records is either a goal or a hobby, which means that you have no goals or noteworthy hobbies. Makes you look petty when talking about records.

Also, throwing gum against a wall to make it stick can be a record. I've seen people doing it in a gym when I was in high school. Big gym, so it was noteworthy. Your sarcastic comment on you (I assume) doing it, was not. Guess that adds up with why I can't think of any sore losers who hold any records. Because it's an attitude that you have to have. Anything can be made into a record if you want it to, and anything can be prevented from being a record if being sarcastic about it.

Think about that the next time you're taking out the trash or getting ready in the morning. Throw the trash into the trash bin from across the yard and speed-run your morning routine. Or do whatever, as long as you aren't a 2-dimensional pessimist about it. Hammers are less hard headed than you are about records.
