Webb Horton House[edit]

Just noticed this edit of yours on the article talk page. Very few people are watching that page and it could take a very long time to get a response, so you might be interested in the template {{Request edit}} which attracts the attention of a reviewing editor by putting the page on a list needing service. However, it is unlikely that anyone would be willing to make the change unless you also provide a reliable source for the information. SpinningSpark 11:14, 2 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the comment. I think that I followed the template correctly to request the corrections to the Webb Horton article. I hope that the link in note 3 of the article suffices as a reliable source. I guess that you found my talk post from a year ago after seeing my correction request last night in "Antimatter". Also, thanks for creating the new section in the Antimatter talk page. Johnm307 (talk) 15:17, 2 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

You are right, I took a quick look through your edit history to get a handle on who I was dealing with. Your request is ok, but there is a possibility it will be rejected because it is not strictly in the form please replace "text A" with "text B". Remember, the people who service these requests may not be interested in the subject and may not want to delve into any research. It could also use the code added <ref name="THR story"/> which will result in a ref 3 mark being placed against it. Anyway, as I have now seen that the information is in the reference, I might jsut work up the enthusiasm to do it myself. SpinningSpark 18:02, 2 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
