Your Bray edits[edit]

Your editing of Bray has decimated the lede where MOS:INTRO states that "The lead section should briefly summarize the most important points covered in an article in such a way that it can stand on its own as a concise version of the article." Thank you for the hints. I was adding detail and repositioning the information to be grouped better than it was before. I do see your point about the introduction and I will look at it again and bring it in line with the objectives of wikipedia. These are not official sites belonging to any official website of the topic, i.e., county council or local tourism office, per WP:ELNO. Um, Banagher is the only Irish article I see rated as GA-class, Athlone looks really quite decent but you could also look at Clonmel amd Letterkenny. You will see that most of these do not just list events, etc., effectively as bullet points but instead create readable prose paragraphs. BTW, if you are doing some work on an article there is no need to keep saving every few minutes. You can place and save the template {{in use}} at the top of the articles and then work on it until you are done for that session without needing to save until you are finished, then remove the template unless you are coming back within a few hours. Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
