December 2011[edit]

Hello! I'm a bot created by another Wikipedia editor. I wanted to let you know that I removed a link that you recently added to the page PostSecret here. I did this because email address removed is probably inappropriate for an encyclopedia. For privacy reasons, we never put contact information like email addresses in articles.

We appreciate your help in making Wikipedia better for everyone. If I made a mistake, feel free to undo my edit. If you have any questions, you can ask at the Help desk.

Thank you! --XLinkBot (talk) 01:16, 17 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please see the talk page for PostSecret. Adding the email was already discussed there. Also, you vandalized another perfectly good, unrelated edit during your work. --JonathonSimister (talk) 01:19, 17 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification[edit]

Hi. In Turgor pressure, you recently added a link to the disambiguation page Isotonic (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 10:24, 19 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification[edit]

Hi. When you recently edited Bryophyte, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Liverwort (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Epigenome discussion[edit]

I am sending this message to you because you commented on Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Epigenome. In closing the AfD, DGG (talk · contribs) said that: "The possibilities for merging are too diverse to be properly decided here by a simple merge close; --those interested should pick one or another of the relvant talk pages and decide how to do it." I have taken this on board, and have started a discussion at Talk:Epigenetics#Possible merge of Epigenetics-related topics about this. You are welcome to comment there. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. For the Election committee, MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 16:49, 24 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
