Writing bias and objective[edit]

Please check the WP:Sister projects page carefully. Writing is good just not like a blog. The mission of Wikimedia projects is freedom of knowledge and this means no pushing of your personal opinions or preferences or brainwashing of the readers.

knowledge does not mean writing "This is true southern comfort food" (this does not add any value - except the "southern" - clarify what that means cut out the rest), also
about Collagen there is whole page of text without inline citations as the reader will want to know where this information came from please check WP:Inline citations.
