A couple of tips.

After leaving a comment on a Talk page please sign your message. Just type four tildes (~~~~) and Wikipedia will automatically link your User page, your Talk page and timestamp your comment when you hit the Publish button. :)

Also if you want to create a new section on a Talk page, there should be a "New Section" button at the top of the Talk page. That will create a new section for you and place it at the bottom of the Talk page automatically. :)
