Looking for Consideration of an Unblock

Hi Josiah Rowe, I post here to ask that you consider overturning my permanent block. I come here sort of randomly (I decided this morning to ask an administrator beginning with "J," you're the second (January turned me down)). I'm blocked for socking, for well over a year now, but still claim I didn't do it. It was frustrating because my blocker never gave any evidence or explanation for more than a year. I got trapped arguing with myself "well, if you think I'm a sock because of <blank> that's not the case because of <blank>." And there were all these WP:AN/ANI dwellers haranguing me with an hundred criticisms at my talkpage. What did my blocker finally say after more than a year? He said I was a sock because I admitted a previous account (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Colton_Cosmic&oldid=477070007) but that I "stirred up trouble" with my current (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard/Incidents&diff=492418803&oldid=492418275). I say, well yeah that was uncivil, I slipped, but I shouldn't be permanently blocked for that and it sure as heck doesn't make me a sock. As well, the context was that I had realized on convincing comments and diffs, that editor Nomoskedasticity had tracked, taunted, and targeted editor Youreallycan for two years, and I felt like I was criticizing a bully. I was momentarily angered at a bully, and I got uncivil, but it wasn't really all *that* bad. I mean, "provocateur?"

Okay, I don't want to type a novel on your page, how else do I introduce this to you. I'm block evading via IP edits and signing my username. This is because my email function and talkpage are cut off to me, and I've no other honest way to seek help. I need an administrator who thinks in terms of policy and evidence. If you defer more to authority, it is accurate that WP:BASC turned me down (only reason provided was I would not provide my former account to their mailing list) and also WP:AN/ANI voted me off the island in an awful mob process. I can make policy and evidence arguments to you if you'll hear them. If you unblock merely my page, we can have that discussion. Fair warning, it would indeed be a controversial unblock if you did so, all I can think of is to shield the move with reasoning and policy and evidence, and I can assist you with this. Last, I'll point out my position that "sock" signifies deceptiveness, and I've been straightforward and upright in every edit I've made to Wikipedia.

I've taken a glance at the previous AN/ANI discussions, and it's a sufficiently complex case that I don't feel I can unilaterally unblock you, especially since it looks as if you've already had an appeal to BASC rejected. I'm somewhat sympathetic to the claim that there may be policy-based arguments for ending your block, but I'm not that active an administrator any more, and I'm afraid I don't have the time to get into the weeds of this case enough to determine whether an unblock of your talk page would be justified. Thanks for looking. "Too complex" and "I don't have the time" are better reasons to turn me down than "BASC said" and "WP:AN/ANI said," but I'll come back with the comment that it should be an easy thing to merely decide if unblocking my talkpage is warranted. You know that talkpage blocking is for truly egregious abuses, so you just check the rationale of Spartaz in my block log (he says I used it as a "pulpit"), and decide whether that is justifiable based on my comments there.
