Miss Malaysia

Hi Jourdan Ann, I'm unable to revert back the info the I deleted since those pageants are not notable to be included in the article. Those pageants did not received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject. "Significant coverage" addresses the topic directly and in detail, so that no original research is needed to extract the content. Significant coverage is more than a trivial mention, but it does not need to be the main topic of the source material. October 2016

1. Please don't add content to Wikipedia without providing reliable sources to support it. Blogspot is not a reliable source.
2. Don't copy content to Wikipedia from other web sites, as doing so is almost always an infringement of copyright. (You did that, for example, at Lew Voon Khong, which has therefore been deleted.)
3. Please read Wikipedia's notability guidelines, particularly the general notability guideline and the guideline on notability of people, and make sure that any subject you are inclined to create an article about satisfies those guidelines before doing so.
4. My advice to new editors is that it is best to start by making small improvements to existing articles, rather than creating new articles. That way any mistakes you make will be small ones, and you won't have the discouraging experience of repeatedly seeing hours of work deleted. Gradually, you will get to learn how Wikipedia works, and after a while you will know enough about what is acceptable to be able to write whole new articles without fear that they will be deleted. Over the years I have found that editors who start by making small changes to existing articles and work up from there have a far better chance of having a successful time here than those who jump right into creating new articles from the start.
