Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames which give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, I have blocked this account; please take a moment to create a new account with a username that represents only yourself as an individual and which complies with our username policy.

You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose.

If your username does not represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice.

You may simply create a new account, but you may prefer to change your username to one that complies with our username policy, so that your past contributions are associated with your new username. If you would prefer to change your username, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice. Thank you. -- Ed (Edgar181) 13:08, 25 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Request removed for security. Peridon (talk) 14:43, 26 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

You don't have to have your own name. You mustn't sound like an organisation, but you can be 'Suzie the Warthog', 'Jemima Heckmondwyke', or 'Fritter my sandals' or whatever. We used to have an admin called 'Boing! said Zebedee', so having an odd and unidentifiable name isn't a bar to anything. No organisations, obscenities or other offensive things, adverts or attacks, though. You can change your choice before someone decides to deal with this request. Request reason:

I chose the blocked username as it was a reference from the article I wanted to write (and I did not want to publish my own name). It was a random choice and I didnt understand how this would effect my account. I understand the confusion now and the rules; so to confirm: I am not an organisation! Please unblock me and change my username. Thank for you quick response, I wish to improve and edit the factual article I published! EnigmasPublishing (talk) 11:31, 26 November 2014 (UTC)

Accept reason:

Allowing username change to requested username. Please put this request in at Wikipedia:Changing username as soon as possible to avoid re-blocking. Scroll down to Simple when you get there. May take a day or two or be done in five minutes. Peridon (talk) 14:39, 26 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I've removed your previous request, and you may notice some odd things in the History of this page. I've 'hidden' the thing you didn't want seen, and at this moment only admins can see it. I'll ask for an Oversighter to hide it even more. Peridon (talk) 14:47, 26 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
