Please don't make aspersions against people's motives. I have no interest in censoring you, and proper criticism would be fine in the Virginia State Bar article. However, the content you added violates several of Wikipedia's core policies - neutral point of view and no original research in particular. You obviously have a beef with the Virginia State Bar or with some lawyers. A Wikipedia article is not the place to give voice to your dissatisfaction.--Kubigula (talk) 23:39, 2 November 2008 (UTC)

There may well be massive problems with the Virginia Bar, resulting in many undocumented "victims" - I don't know. However, Wikipedia is a tertiary source of prior verifiable information. We don't censor information, but neither do we publish new research or investigate problems. If something is undocumented or unresearched, then, by definition, it doesn't belong here. I'm sorry if you find that frustrating, but it's a central premise of Wikipedia. If we didn't take this position, we would be awash in 9-11 conspiracy theories and pseudo-science. Thanks for understanding. Your tweaks to the references were good, and we have a modest start to a critique section. Hopefully, this will eventually build to a reasonably good article with a solid section on the problems with the Bar association too.
