Deleting material from Secular Organizations for Sobriety without discussion[edit]

I was recently made aware of a situation on Secular Organizations for Sobriety

Certain material has been repeatedly deleted by a series of IP addresses (69.109.42.134, 68.125.21.41, 69.224.57.238, 69.224.153.97 and 69.224.155.169) and repeatedly restored, first by user Scarpy, then by user Jrun. The end result of all of this editing has been zero changes to the page since 28 November 2010.

All the IP addresses resolve to irvnca.sbcglobal.net in Irvine, California

I am posting this on the article talk page and to the talk pages of Scarpy, Jrun, and all of the IP addresses, but the following is addressed to the IP user, because Scarpy and Jrun haven't done anything wrong.

Do NOT delete any further material from Wikipedia without first discussing why you think it should be deleted on the article's talk page.

If I see any further attempts to delete material without first discussing it, I will take steps to have all IP address editors blocked from editing the page.

I also strongly advise you to get a username and log in when you edit. Editing without logging in exposes your IP address, and anyone can trace it to your computer.

Please note that this does not imply that the material should be removed or that is should be retained. That's what the discussion is for.
